Refund Policy

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Attendees who purchased an in person seminar but fail to show up will not be refunded. They can, however watch the recording, which will be provided without any additional cost, and the CPD hours can be directly reported to CICC.

Purchase of webinars and recordings are non-refundable.
